CADEKids Membership

Please use the Donate Now button on this page for one-stop giving to CADEKids. The button takes you to Givezooks, which is a site dedicated to online giving. Here you can join CADEKids as an annual member at a support level you select, contribute to a special campaign, or select a sponsorship option and buy tickets for our annual event. Givezooks has a convenient internal electronic payment system that let’s you can select credit, check, or pledge options.

All Contributors receive:
  • Bi-annual CADEKids Newsletter

  • Invitations to CADEKids events, including the annual spring event

Member ($150 and up) additional benefits

  • Recognition of participation on the CADE Kids website and in promotional materials
  • Complimentary report on CADE Kids outcomes (by request)

Supporter ($500-999)

  • Password to exclusive news stories on the CADEKids website
  • VIP visit to a CADEKids classroom session in the schools
  • Complimentary 1/4 page ad in the annual event tribute book

Sustainer($1,000-4,999)

  • Invitation to participate as a CADE Kids mentor in the schools (all mentors will receive mentoring training)
  • Complimentary 1/2-page ad in the annual event tribute book

Leader ($5,000-$9,999)

  • Consideration for service on the CADE Kids Board of Directors
  • Serving on the Event Host Committee
  • Complimentary 1-page ad in the annual event tribute book

Benefactor($10,000-14,999)

  • Adopt-a-School promotional credit: $10,000 supports one Prevention Specialist for one day in a school for the academic year. (Note: The most important factor in student success is consistency of contact.)
  • Invitations for up to fifteen colleagues to participate as CADE Kids mentors in the schools, and receive coaching from a CADE Kids Prevention Specialist
  • Complimentary 1-page ad in the annual event tribute book and a table of 10 at the event

Patron ($15,000-49,999)

  • Adopt-a-School promotional credit: $20,000 supports two days of Prevention Specialist service in a school
  • Briefing for the audience of your choice, at your request
  • Complimentary 1-page ad in the annual event tribute book and a front row table of 10 at the event

Alliance Circle ($50,000+)

  • Adopt-a-School promotional credit: $50,000 supports five days of Prevention Specialist service in a school
  • Personal briefings on topics affecting prevention education in the region, at your request
  • Complimentary 1-page ad in the annual event tribute book, front row table of 10 at the event, and podium banner
