On October 12, 2007, CADE was awarded a $25,000 grant as the recipient of the Champion in Action. The presentation was made during a live broadcast of the "10! Show," on NBC 10. Executive Director, Ellie Boyarski, along with the CADE staff and members of the Board of Directors were part of the studio audience. Champions in Action is an innovative program that provides various forms of support for small non-profit organizations in recognition of their contributions to communities throughout the five-county Philadelphia area.
