In the Spring of each year (since 2001), CADE has held a community-wide fundraiser. On Thursday, April 10, 2008, CADE hosted an Awards Ceremony and party for approximately 300 guests---honoring Ted Kapnek with the third annual CADE Community Service Award.

In conjunction with the Awards Ceremony, CADE produced a beautiful TRIBUTE BOOK featuring our event sponsors and individual contributors. The book also included letters of support from from US Senator Arlen Specter, US Senator Robert P. Casey, Jr., Pennsylvania Governor Edward G. Rendell, and Philadelphia Mayor Michael A. Nutter.

The Tribute Book was filled with inspiring words, sponsors' logos, and fun photos of CADE Kids. Advertising in the CADE TRIBUTE BOOK is an important source of income for CADE. The 2008 Tribute Book raised $20,000 thanks to your direct support!
